Charley

Charley

Charley our number one son who was born on May 10th 2004 passed away March 23rd 2019, 48 days short of his 15th birthday. He came to us at Nooksack and was smuggled home to Canada. He was our fearless boy who barked and chased people, coyotes and bears out of our yard. Always ready for holidays and adventures he traveled from BC to Sask and all over Washington State. He loved to go fishing at Birch Lake, boating in the Shuswap and swimming and floating with family and friends at Magna Bay. Left to mourn are his mom and dad and little brother Buster. Until we meet again my son for a big love up, be at peace and go cuddle on grandma’s lap with Ralph and Emma and say hello to Duke.

Camilla

Camilla

Our little Camilla Godzilla
Having you come into our family was one of the best moments of my life. You brought wonder to all of us and smiles to anyone who saw you.
We hope you had a happy life with us, filled with comfort and love. I only wish I could let you climb on my shoulders one last time, and take more photos of your beautiful eyes.
Rest in peace Camilla. We all miss you so much.

Buddy

Buddy

Buddy was a very special cat and best friend of all time. His love and affection has left a hole in our family. We love you and miss you everyday Buddy.

~~Our favourite hello our hardest goodbye ~~

So this is where we part after 17 years my beautiful friend.
It's almost more than we can bare.
Gone from our sights but not from our mind.
You are missed in our home, we feel it day and night.
We know it will take time and strength, before things feel quite right.

But for now, we need to mourn, our broken hearts — it needs to mend.
Though some may say it's “just a cat”,
We know we lost a faithful friend and family member.

There are others, that much is true,
But they be they,
And they are not you.

You brought such love and laughter to our home,
And richness to our days....
A constant friend through joy or loss
With gentle loving ways.

Companion, pal, and confidant.
A friend we will never forget,
Our hearts will always wear the paw prints left by you.

~~ The loss is immeasurable, but so is the love you left behind.~~

Love from your slaves

Jake

Jake

Jake was taken way to early in his life. His tennis ball collection was second to none, and would pick a new favourite each day... He was happy running in tall grass, swimming in the lake/creek or just walks on Marshall field.... funny how he thought my pickup truck was really his to ride in. You gave me a reason to get out and walk or ride my bike as you ran along beside me. And would wait patiently while I would stop for a coffee then greet me with such excitement.  I miss you pal ...as do all your family and friends

Thank you Jake  for coming into my life ....
